ÉëÒ÷Ö®Íõ's Creative Industries programme is back! There's no cost to participate in this extracurricular activity, which is open to all students on all courses, plus recent graduates.
ÉëÒ÷Ö®Íõ Made, the area of Careers Team which helps students into freelancing, self-employment and entrepreneurship, will co-facilitate a number of workshops with experts from industry.
The workshops are designed to help participants become more enterprising, learning practical skills to help them with side hustles, freelancing, self-employment and transferable skills associated with a number of areas within the creative industries.

In the first of five workshops, special guest will share insights into his career journey and students will develop skills linked with podcasting, radio and presenting.

In Week two, will visit the campus for a practical workshop on graphic design and creative direction. Formerly employed by the BBC, freelancer James has created on-screen graphics for 'The Circle' on Netflix, MOTDX for BBC Two, BBC Radio 1 and The Brit Awards.

For our third workshop, we are delighted to welcome to ÉëÒ÷Ö®Íõ campus. Toby is best know for his role in BBC Soap EastEnders and more recently, he has produced a short film 'Calm', due for release later this year.
During this session you will find out how Toby has mapped his career within the television and film industries.

The programme continues with an exciting visit to campus from TikTok! TikTok experts will be coming on ÉëÒ÷Ö®Íõ campus to show you how to get the most the platform along with introducing the TikTok LIVE! Creator Network Programme to engage with budding entrepreneurs.

This year's programme closes with an informal event which will include talks from freelancers and creatives, talking about their experiences and sharing advice.
Attendees will also be able to informally network with the speakers and other students and graduates who attend.
