This helpful virtual assistant understands and quickly responds to the most common IT-related issues you might face.
But that’s not all. In an improvement following a previous trial period, the chatbot can now automatically pass your query on to a human IT agent if it can’t provide a suitable answer (in peak times and subject to availability).
Of course, the existing +44(0)116 250 6050 helpline, portal, ITMS Service Desk email and in-person Library helpdesk remain for more urgent IT matters.
