Free places are being made available for senior leaders and managers in SMEs impacted by the pandemic, thanks to support from East Midlands Chamber of Commerce.
The Help to Grow programme is a 12-week course which offers mentoring, 1-2-1 support and masterclasses to help businesses develop action growth plans.
ÉëÒ÷Ö®Íõ Leicester (ÉëÒ÷Ö®Íõ) is one of the universities delivering this executive development programme and companies can
sign up now to start in March.To be eligible, companies must have been running for at least a year, and employ between five and 249 staff. They have to be based in the following areas:
• Leicester City
• Bassetlaw
• Derbyshire Dales
• High Peak
• Mansfield
• Nottingham City
• Newark and Sherwood
The course is worth £7,500. The Government funds 90% and the Chamber is will reimburse businesses the remaining £750 joining fee through its UK Community Renewal Fund. Charities are not eligible for this offer.
